I am a huge believer in herbal medicine, so I was excited to try this. Herbal tinctures and natural medicine is the only way I chose to treat health issues, as well as wellness, and this is totally in my wheelhouse. I take a dropper at the end of my night, about an hour before I go to bed. It definitely helps to quiet my chaos and lends to peaceful slumber. I do take it on a regular basis, and believe my herbs and tinctures work so well because of the clean way I live my life. I haven't taken so much as an ibuprofen in almost 10 years, so I have really good luck with herbs like these. I love that it's made in the USA, and is clean. Make sure to do your research, and talk with your doctor if you're on any prescribed or OTC meds. These have worked for me, and I am very happy with the results!

This has been extracted with glycerin. Personally I think it's a bit more effective in alcohol, but this is a lot easier to take. The glycerin gives it a sweet flavor, and makes it available to people who do not like to use alcohol-based products. I find that it's less likely to cause heartburn when it's in glycerin. I like that this comes in an Amber bottle with an eye dropper. The eye dropper is not the best, but it's convenient. I didn't have any side effects from it at all. It's mildly effective for me.

The flavor is mild and sweet. I appreciate that it’s not suspended in alcohol. I like that it’s organic and non GMO. The dropper dispenser offers convenience.

I cannot attest to its efficacy, but i can say that it is easy to take and has a mild, pleasant flavor. I hope to see some results soon.

This doesn’t taste great, but it isn’t awful (and the flavor doesn’t linger). The sweetness of the glycerine base helps make it palatable.It is reasonably priced, and a good option if this is an herb you want to try and you would prefer a non-alcohol base.
